If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return/refund within 15 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions｜เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า｜退貨條件

สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งาน และบรรจุภัณฑ์ต้องครบถ้วน
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
商品必須保持全新、未使用狀態，並保留完整包裝。
หากสินค้าเสียหายหรือมีปัญหาคุณภาพ แม้จะถูกเปิดแล้วก็สามารถคืนได้ แต่ต้องไม่เสียหายเพิ่มเติมและไม่กระทบต่อการขายซ้ำ
If the product has quality issues, it can still be returned even if opened, provided it is not further damaged and remains resellable.
若商品存在品質問題，即使已開封也可退貨，但需保持無進一步損壞，不影響二次銷售。
ไม่รับคืนสินค้าที่เป็นแบบสั่งทำพิเศษ (customized)
Customized products are not eligible for return.
不接受個性化定制商品的退貨。
